1. Nature of Engagement

By interacting with this platform or initiating a dispatch, you acknowledge that M D Nesa Kumar operates as an independent Digital Architect, Growth Engineer, and Fractional CTO. Initial dispatches and consultations do not constitute a binding technical contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is cryptographically signed and executed.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) & Architecture

All proprietary platforms detailed on this site (including but not limited to Your Legal Indian, ClauseDrop, HashPaper, TakedownDesk, FinalDemand.org, RentalCheck.in, and Equidiv.org) are the sole intellectual property of M D Nesa Kumar. Content, code structure, and manifestos published here may not be replicated without written authorization.

For enterprise client work and custom architecture builds, IP rights are strictly governed by executing contracts. I do not claim ownership of client-side data or independent third-party proprietary systems.

3. Confidentiality & Zero-Trust

Any business logic, architecture bottlenecks, or internal data shared during an audit or dispatch will be treated under strict Non-Disclosure parameters. As an advocate for Zero-Trust infrastructure, I guarantee that preliminary discussions are vaulted and kept entirely confidential.

4. Limitation of Liability

While the telemetry configurations, SEO architectures, and bespoke PHP logic engines discussed represent industry-leading standards, implementation results vary based on market conditions and external algorithm updates. M D Nesa Kumar assumes no liability for direct or indirect revenue loss resulting from third-party platform changes (e.g., search engine core algorithm updates).
